Akeredolu are being quizzed at the Iyaganku office of EFCC IN
Ibadan, Oyo state capital.
A statement from the EFCC made available to us on Tuesday said the
Vice Chancellor was being quizzed in respect of an alleged case of
illegal and corrupt diversion of N1.4billion.
According to the petition the Vice Chancellor and the Bursar
allegedly diverted the sum from the University’s Fixed Assets and
Endowment fund without approval from the Federal Ministry of
Education and the University Governing Council to pay some
unapproved allowances from which he paid himself N7M Furniture
allowance.
