President of the Court of Appeal Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa has
promised that the  Presidential  Elections Tribunal  will dispense
Justice to all without fear or favour.
The Appeal Court President spoke on Wednesday  at the Court of Appeal
in  Abuja  while delivering an inaugural address at the Presidential
Election petitions  Tribunal.
She  also expect some decorum  from Politicians, petitioners and
counsels , warning that public discussions, analysis and comments on
what transpired  at the Tribunal  will not be tolerated.
Giving a break down of the petitions  Justice Bulkachuwa said  there
are  786 petitions across the country excluding Jigawa state that has
no petitions  while  Imo state has the highest petitions  with 78
petitions.
She  said there are four Presidential petitions. These include that of
the Peoples Democratic  Party (PDP)  and its Presidential candidate
Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, . others are Ambrose  Owuru of the Hope
Democratic Party,  Geff Chizee Ojinka of the  Coalition  for Change
and  Aminci Habu of the Peoples Democratic Movement.
